Renovation and addition of a 60’s Montauk residence. Home and studio space for an artist and surfer, her friends and family. Limited by strict local building codes, we added a discrete skylight to a leftover storage space under the attic rafters, turning it into an office/guestroom with desk nook and fold-out couch. We also modernized the interiors, as well as the bathrooms with contemporary polished chrome fixtures, glass shower walls and bright white ceramic surfaces to reflect the incoming daylight.
