With 30 years of experience in wellness, ecological and architectural design, Nina Edwards brings deep knowledge and love for creating healthy and sensual homes to her residential architectural practice. Edwards works with potential clients, estate agents and developers to communicate the complete array of benefits of sustainable homes, including reduced energy consumption, clean air, increased daylight, soundproofing, durable environmental systems, non-toxic furnishings and fixtures, and savings on operating bills.

Edwards serves as faculty at Parsons New School with a course titled Ecological Design for Interiors, which teaches an environmental approach to design that looks at a selection of green and healthy building features and standards that can improve interiors.

She also serves as Design Director at the urban think tank Terreform ONE and on the Architectural Review Board of her community in Long Island. As a board member of the ARB, Edwards oversees the breadth of construction, preservation and renovation initiatives in her neighborhood, which includes encouraging homeowners to adopt renewable energy systems and new developments in the green building industry.

She has been featured as an expert on sustainable design in many media outlets, including The Local Project, Elle Décor, Dezeen, Frame, Domus, Surface Magazine, Architectural Record and the New York Times.
