Gut renovation of glass corner office in the historical building 128 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard for an acclaimed biotech startup. The warmth and minimalism of the contemporary interior design, such as modern light-reflecting wood work surfaces and soft pillows, contrasts with the existing brutalist backdrop of industrial steel. The new space includes three glass conference rooms, kitchen, entry and waiting areas, built-in benches running  below the window strips, cabinetry, atelier tables and showroom.
