live edge cabinet

This extra-long, thin, minimal storage cabinet with a series of 8 identical white push-doors is surmounted by a monolithic slab of locally sourced walnut wood with a ‘live-edge’.

The monumental slab is assembled in two pieces (to fit in the building’s elevator), connected by a finger joint at center. The cabinet serves as a clean backdrop and display surface containing pull-out shelves, drawers, and hanging files to help eliminate clutter.
